On the basis of the good cooperation in the previous "Chinese + Vocational Skills" project, the Sino-Thai project partners will deeply integrate educational and industrial resources, continue to enrich the project content, continue to expand the coverage of cooperation, further enhance the level and effect of the project, and form a service for Sino-Thailand. The Sino-Thai cooperation "Chinese + Vocational Skills" project implements the connotation of the "One Belt, One Road" e-commerce valley project. Based on the 1+X e-commerce data analysis professional grade certificate, it formulates standards and training systems that are in line with Thailand's industrial development and educational conditions. , to promote the improvement of skills and cultural horizons of Thai youth, and to help the training of digital skilled talents in Thailand and the cultural exchanges and economic and trade cooperation between China and Thailand.

As one of the organizers and implementers of the Sino-Thai cooperation "Chinese + Vocational Skills" project, Doctoral Advisor Co., Ltd. has been actively integrating educational and industrial resources since the project was launched in 2020, connecting and organizing Chinese industry experts and colleges to collaborate closely to jointly conduct courses. Resource construction, has completed the development of the Thai version of the 1+X e-commerce vocational skill level standard, the design of four core courses and the compilation of textbooks, and the development of learning resource packages including 204 courseware, 156 micro-courses, and 79 project cases; Relying on the technical service advantages in the field of smart education, the online learning platform "Qingyun E-commerce" that supports Chinese, Thai and English has been established to provide convenient information-based education and practical training services for teachers and students in Thailand.

At the same time, it organized and trained excellent education and training teams from China and Thailand to carry out teacher training and student training of "1+X E-commerce Data Analysis Vocational Skills Certificate", and successfully held the first "PhD Guide Cup" Sino-Thai Vocational College Innovation and Entrepreneurship International Invitational Competition. Over the past two years, the project has attracted the active participation of more than 2,000 teachers and students from more than 100 vocational colleges in China and Thailand.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Sino-Thai "Chinese + E-commerce Skills" cooperation project will further promote the exchanges and cooperation between the youth of the two sides in innovation and entrepreneurship, serve Sino-Thai vocational colleges and social e-commerce practitioners, and drive relevant enterprises to carry out economic and trade cooperation. Effectively promote the popularization of digital skills and cultivate new momentum for the economic development of China and Thailand.

The project will start from e-commerce and follow the principles of joint consultation, joint construction and sharing, and gradually expand to other areas of the broader digital economy.
