中泰合作“中文+职业技能”项目是全国职业教育教学指导委员会（中国）和泰国教育部职教委统筹指导，泰国清迈大学孔子学院与北京博导前程信息技术股份有限公司联合中泰双方职业院校和企业共同推进的国际合作项目。

中泰合作“中文+职业技能”项目立足中国电子商务职业教育的探索实践成果，发挥清迈大学孔子学院的平台作用，联合中泰相关职业院校和企业，以“中文+职业技能”为载体，1+X电子商务数据分析职业等级标准为基础，开发适合泰国发展的电子商务数据分析职业技能等级标准和培训体系，以师资队伍建设和教学资源配套开发为支撑，开展适应未来数字经济发展的高技术技能人才系列培训，通过项目的开展促进泰国青年提升数字技能和可持续发展能力，助力中泰人文交流和经贸合作并与泰国共享中国数字经济发展成果。
